The best way to find out about new work is to follow Jill on Facebook, and subscribe to her blog/newsletter at the top of this page.

What type of Credit Cards do you take?

Can I order a commission?

Yes!  Jill is available to do commissioned paintings similar to ones you see on this site.  Be sure to view all the work in the 'archives (Sold) section to decide what you'd like your custom piece to look like! custom paintings are an additional 20% in price.

Do you Ship internationally?

Currently, Jill is unable to ship paintings internationally.  For specific inquires, please email Jill at jill@jillvansickle.com.

ARE THERE TAXES?

Tax is factored into the prices listed.

What if I want to return my painting?

If the painting you purchased isn't perfect for your space, please feel free to return within 30 days it and you will be issued a full refund, minus to/from shipping costs.  All returns must be undamaged.  Email Jill for info and return shipping address:

DO YOU SELL PRINTS?

Not yet!  But feel free to email Jill if you're interested, and if she decides to down the road, she can contact you.

Is my information safe if I purchase from this site?

Jill respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

This website does not store payment information on site or in its databases.

HOW WILL MY PAINTING BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Orders will usually ship within 4 to 5 business days of order placement.  Jill is sensitive about environmental waste, so often will re-use bubble wrap and other packing materials.  The savings in re-using materials are passed on to the buyer.   Please recycle what you can after your shipment arrives. All shipments are insured.  **Please note:  If you prefer to have Fed-Ex pack the painting in all new, made-for-paintings, shipping boxes,  indicate this when ordering.  This will add to your shipping cost. 

What if I want a frame? -Or- What if I want the painting without a frame?

CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK FROM YOUR STUDIO?

Absolutely!  Also, if you live in or around Minneapolis and would like to see a piece in person before buying, just contact Jill to make an appointment to stop by the studio. Email:  jill@jillvansickle.com.

DO YOU DONATE ARTWORKS TO CHARITY?

Unfortunately, the IRS only allows artists to write off the materials used to make an artwork, not the retail price of the artwork itself.  Being a small, one person business, that sort of donation is not financially feasible.  Jill's charitable work is dedicated to animal rescue organizations. 

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERIOR DESIGNERS?

Yes! Contact Jill with your interior design project ideas.

WHAT MEDIUM DO YOU USE?

Jill mainly uses acrylics with oil pastels.  She occasionally will incorporate ink, charcoal, gold leaf, and water soluble oils.  All paintings are sealed with a UV protecting varnish.
